I’ve worked with the BPO industry and became an Executive Assistant to the CEO before joining Applicaa. I was lucky enough to be hired during the pandemic and have been working here for more than 5 years now. I began working as their Customer Success Manager, where we manually edit the application form to match the school’s paper admissions. In addition, I respond to calls to address and possibly resolve concerns over the phone. I am now responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our data.
