We pride ourselves on providing extensive resources including the Knowledge Base, ChatBot and weekly interactive training throughout the year, as well as Product Adoption Managers to guide you on using all features the platform offers.Having the opportunity to bring my idea of Bursary16+ to life and see customers benefit from it has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve worked with the BPO industry and became an Executive Assistant to the CEO before joining Applicaa. I was lucky enough to be hired during the pandemic and have been working here for more than 5 years now. In addition, I respond to calls to address and possibly resolve concerns over the phone. I am now responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our data. My job involves sending onboarding information and additional details about behind-the-scenes work that I am unable to share here. In this role, I resolve complex level 2 issues that go beyond the scope of our frontline support team and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
